According to the site, the best grilled cheese sandwich in all of South Carolina can be found at Midwood Smokehouse, specifically the sandwich known as the "Midwood Melt," which packs on the flavor. Midwood Smokehouse is located at 702 Cross Hill Road in Columbia.
